Green Moong dal pesarattu or dosa is very healthy tiffin rich in protein and iron. It's a indian breakfast or tiffin recipe originated from Andrapradesh. Usually rice is added but we have used small millet and green moong used instead of yellow to make complete meal. This is very tasty and easy to make with available ingredients at home. Ingredients required

Green moong 1measure or 1 1/2 cup
Small millet 1measure or 1 1/2 cup
Aval or poha 1/4 cup
Green chilly 2no
Curry leaves few
Jeera 1tbsp
Peppercorn 1tsp
Salt to taste
Hing a pinch
Oil to make dosa

*Wash thoroughly and soak the grains for 4 to 5hrs
* Use little water to make batter
* Grind the batter coarsely
* Red or white Aval can used
* Serve hot with tomato chutney
