Ingredients required
Tomatoe 3no medium size
Garlic 5no
Ginger 1small piece
Chilly powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Chilly flakes 1tsp
Pottukadalai powder 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Seasame oil 30ml or 2tbsp
Mustard, jeera and fenugreek for tempering

* Roughly puree the tomatoes
* Seasame oil enhance the taste
* Instead of pottukadalai powder roasted besan flour can be used
