Kashmiri chilly powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coconut paste 4tbsp
Oil 25ml
Bayleaf 2no
Clove3no
Cinnamon stick 1small piece
Saunf 1tsp
Kal pasi little
Star Anis 1no

For Masala Paste
Kashmiri chilly 4no
Cashewnut 10no
Saunf 1tsp

* Soak ingredients for masala in hot water for 10mins to 15mins
