HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL LUMPIANADA

INGREDIENTS
For the filling:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1/2 cup ground chicken
salt
3 tablespoons soy sauce
black pepper
3/4 cup chayote (sayote), sliced into strips
1 sweet potato (kamote), boiled and sliced into strips
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
cooking oil, for sautéing
For the assembly:
lumpia wrappers
2 eggs, scrambled
slurry (flour dissolved in water)
For the dipping sauce:
spiced vinegar
chopped onion
minced garlic
