INGREDIENTS FOR ILOCOS EMPANADA
1/2Kl. Rice flour (500grms)
4cups water (1L)
2 tbsp. oil
1tsp iodized salt
atsuete + 2tbsp hot water

1/2 kl or 10pcs garlic longganisa
400 - 500 grms cabbage
NOTE: 1pc ng longganisa / Ilocos Empanada
DIP SAUCE:
3tbsp soy sauce
1 cup water (250ml)
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (pino)
1tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp ground pepper
star anise 3-5pcs
2 tbsp cassava starch + 2 tbsp water
DIP VINEGAR
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbsp rock salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
