Masak rendang daging cili padi cara saya sangat senang dan tak menggunakan banyak bahan. Rasa confirm sedap, mak mertua puji habis, siap tambah makan 3 kali. Daging boleh tukar dengan ayam dan lain2 lauk.
Bahan-Bahan
- 4 biji Bawang Besar
- 7 ulas Bawang Putih
- 2 inci Halia
- 2 inci Kunyit
- 2 inci Lengkuas
- 5 batang Serai
- 20-30 tangkai Cili Padi
- 1kg Daging
- 1 cawan Santan Pekat
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula Melaka secukupnya
- 2 Asam Keping
- 4 sudu besar Kerisik
- 2 helai Hirisan Daun Kunyit
