Alternating Dribbling and Passing Combinations

0:00 - Introduction
0:04 - Phase 1
2:28 - Phase 2
4:26 - Phase 3

Phase 1 - the first ball is passed to the outside of the blue pole and the player dribbles to the mannequin, turns and passes to the player on the next blue pole, and then to the top yellow marker. That player dribbles back to the line of the mannequin and then passes back to the start of the exercise, repeating the exercise to the red poles.

Phase 2 - the ball is passed to the player on the blue pole and that player plays a 1-2 with the coach, before passing straight to the player at the next blue pole, then to the top yellow marker. That player dribbles back to the line of the mannequin and then passes back to the start of the exercise, repeating the exercise to the red poles.

Phase 3 - the ball is passed to the player on the blue pole, and that player passes directly to the player on the next blue pole for a 1-2 and then the ball is passed straight to the top yellow marker. This time, the player returning the ball back to the beginning plays a 1-2 with the coach before passing back to the start of the exercise, alternating the exercise to the red side.
