It's been awhile since my last upload, and this video can help you see why. I've never made a video like this, so the quality can only go up from here. This past July, my wife and I closed on this old house that was built in 1888. With the housing market as crazy as it is post-COVID, this was the only house in this square footage range and property size that was within our offering price range. We knew going in that if our offer was accepted and we went through, we would have a huge project on our hands for a long time. Challenge accepted.
So that meant any music video uploading was going to be on hold for awhile, at least until we get the electrical updated and I can turn one of the upstairs rooms into a new recording studio - stay tuned for that!
This video pretty much gives a sneak peak at some of the things we were doing in those first few weeks before we left our rental and moved in. The goal was to get a presentable living room, comfortable bedroom, and functional bathroom. Oh and not to mention, get the cat urine smell out of those rooms. We were able to pull that off. Enjoy some of these before and in progress shots.
