Limiting carbs can be difficult, therefore, it is important to learn these ways that will help you keep your diabetes under better control. Diabetes management is very important and therefore, it is important to do everything possible to keep sugar levels within reasonable ranges.

A blood sugar spike is typically when glucose levels are above 180mg/dl (10mmol/L). Ideally, we want to keep glucose levels between 70-140mg/dl most the time. For diabetics, this can be extremely difficult to do. However, if you follow these 7 steps, it will make it possible to eat carbs without blood sugar spikes.
