Being a cancer patient is weird. Being in remission from incurable cancer is weird. I've done it twice, and the 8 month mark is around when I started feeling mentally healthier both times - with some stark differences in why.

In this stage 4 cancer vlog, I try to detail what it's like to live with cancer and try to restabilize in life (whether I have active disease or not). Mostly, I'm using this creative outlet as a way to share my experience with other patients and their loved ones so that something I say or do can resonate and help someone understand their experience better.

Ultimately, that's the best thing we can do for each other - share our experiences and hope they help us learn individually.
