We get some good news in this stage 4 cancer vlog - but it also is balanced with a tricky mental health situation I've encountered in remission. This is building off a discussion I started in the last episode of this vlog; I mentioned that I wasn't really happy, even though I felt joy and positive emotions throughout my remission.

This is because I've been stressed out about cancer scares, and my happiness as a cancer patient is largely tied to how safe and secure I feel - both my physical health and my mental health. Luckily, the good PET scan results will help me feel more at ease, meaning I'll have a chance to be happy during remission.
