Welcome to a New Rapid Cardio Routine Under Impact.

For 30 minutes you will work without STOP all the areas of your body: arms, legs, abdomen and buttocks to the rhythm of a very dynamic, active and fast music.

Thanks to the speed of the music and the wide range of movements that include each one of the exercises, you will be able to work different muscle groups simultaneously, getting to activate your metabolism quickly, making a high caloric expenditure during these 30 minutes and a combustion of accumulated fat in your body.

As a result, being consistent with routines of this style and patient, patience and perseverance are keys to success, you will achieve to reduce the total fat and the volume of your body, achieving a more optimal state of physical and mental health.

During the routine I include exercises with a medium-low impact. In each of them you can choose the option not to jump, taking care of your joints in case of having any pathology or injury.
