Kita akan melatih pelvic flow dipadukan dengan spinal articulation (pelvic curl dan cat stretch) dan lateral (side kick dan back extension) . Selain harus menguatkan pelvis, kita juga bisa menggerakan pelvis secara natural. Latihan ini tidak terlalu berat dilakukan saat berpuasa.
