Bit of a long rambling update - Sorry I've been gone so long.
Here I try & explain a bit of what's been going on.

Welcome to my channel, I hope you will enjoy it :)

No more hiding Jess = No more hiding my true self & no more hiding from situations that scare me (avoidance), whilst documenting along the way.

I suffer with Depression, Chronic anxiety, Panic disorder, PTSD & Agoraphobic tendencies, among other things.

Please feel free to ask me questions or leave a comment - I will do my best to respond as best as I can.

I plan to make this channel more of a positive place with videos documenting my progress during treatment & general views on the problems I have or run into.


Just a few points I need to make.


Trigger warning: This channel will be dealing with subjects including mental heath issues like Anxiety, Depression, Panic attacks, Agoraphobia, therapy & medication.

Please be aware of this if you know you are susceptible to these subjects being a trigger for you. I will always try to mark a video if I suspect it to be especially triggering.
