Losing 77 pounds with ‪@Brightlineeating‬ was only the tip of the iceberg. The inner work was the next miracle. That included a journey of sobriety that was next level! Now I’m reaping the benefits of almost 3 steady years of sobriety, giving me a level of automaticity in my life I’ve never experienced before with ANYTHING!!!
