Pilates reformer stretching routine. Apologize around the 10 minute mark the audio cuts out for about 4 minutes, I had to delete one of the songs for copyright issues and wasn't able to keep my voice. This is 20 minutes of stretching on the pilates reformer. These are some of my favorite stretches to do for my hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and back. I find that anytime my back is feeling kind of stiff or sore, that if I stretch out my hamstrings and glutes, it relieves alot of the tension I had in my lower back. This is a great routine to do on an off day of working out hard or if you have been sitting for a long time and just need to move and stretch at a slow pace.
