This pilates reformer workout focuses on strengthening the legs, glutes, abs and obliques. I am using a pilates box, but if your machine is close to the floor your don't need a box. This workout involves different lunge variations, scooters and holds all which will get your heart rate up, work on balance and tone those legs. I'll also do some planking and side bends working on those obliques to make that core feel nice and tight.
