The ingredients are :
2 kg beef
500 grams of red chili
500 grams of red onion
100 grams of garlic
100 grams of ginger
100 grams galangal
6 coconuts for 2 kg of meat
1/2 coconut for roasted coconut
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel
7 cardamom grains
3 star anise
Cloves to taste
2 nutmeg grains
1 pack of ground pepper

4 stalks of lemongrass (fine, white part too)

Lime leaves
4 liters of water to squeeze coconut milk
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp beef flavored stock powder.
