Rendang Recipe for 1 kg of Meat

1 kg beef/buffalo
3-4 coconuts take the coconut milk
Coconut Gongseng 3 tbsp
2 tbsp goat cooking powder

Softened seasoning
Size 1 kg of meat
1/4 kg red chili
50 grams of green cayenne
red onion 200 grams
garlic 125 grams
1 ounce ginger
2 ounces of galangal

Leaf Spices
2 bay leaves
4 lime leaves
2 pieces of turmeric leaves
2 lemongrass stalks

Meat Cooking Seasoning
consist of:
2 teaspoons coriander
1 piece of nutmeg
8 cloves
3 pieces of Lawang flowers
6 grains of guard Munggu / cardamom
1/2 tsp anise
1 teaspoon cumin
5 cm sweet skin
1 tsp pepper + 1/2 tsp black pepper
