This time I will share how to make simple and practical beef rendang for the Eid menu. The recipe and how to make delicious and tender beef rendang is really suitable for beginners because the spices are very practical but the taste is still great. The recipe is as follows:
Ground spices
20 pieces of curly chili
15 cloves of red onion
7 cloves of garlic
3 Rua finger laos
1 finger ginger
2 lemongrass stalks
Ingredient
1 kg beef thigh
2 liters of coconut milk from 3 coconuts
2 packs of rendang seasoning
2 blocks of beef stock
A little brown sugar
Salt to taste
