It’s been almost a month since my last video.
Not only have I been busy with personal matters, but I also needed to rest my wrist again.
The equipment I use for my cooking videos are quite heavy, and my knife skills become clumsy with a sore wrist,
So I thought it’s best to wait for my wrist to heal.
I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you in advance, as I couldn’t tell when it would get better.

While I was away, summer has arrived and it’s been quite hot.
Summer has just started and it’s already this hot. I’m scared for this summer.
I haven’t bought an A/C yet, and I think I should buy one ASAP.

Maybe because of the hot weather, I prefer to cook simple recipes more.
So today, I made simple pancakes, aged kimchi noodles in soy sauce, bean sprout pot rice and kimchi soup.
