The oranges are in peak season. My favorite kind of orange, the sweetest, is the Purespect Black Label(NOT sponsored!) ones so I tried juicing them, and it was amazing! Though I seldom use it, having a juicer at home is quite convenient. I had a glass of OJ with eggslut for breakfast, soy-sauce noodle for lunch, and beansprout gukbab (hot soup with rice) to go with sukbakji (chunky radish kimchi). As for the beansprout recipe, I took actors Lee Sun-kyun’s recipe from the TV show Summer Vacation. It tastes like the heartiest hangover cure.
