The weather has been amazing lately, making me wanting to go out for fresh air. But me being an extreme introvert, I’ve been out too many times and my energy has reached the limit. Today I’m showing you what I ate while I chilled at home catching up with TV shows.
For the sandwich, the onion was the absolute star. It has a bit of a sweetness, but also the depth and richness with of white wine and balsamic vinegar. The loaded pastrami helped with the salty seasoning, and, fried in butter, it is THE best sandwich ever made. (As of September 2022. My list is always subject to change.)
