Today I made my go-to pancakes, veggie-loaded tortilla roll and a mild braised mackerel. I also made sukbakji (radish kimchi) as radishes were on sale. I’ll show you how I enjoy the sukbakji in the next video.
Lately the themes for my meals have been Instagram-worthy breakfast, healthy and preferably plant-based lunch, and Korean home meals with less spices. I think I eat rice about 3 times a week.
