1 cup yogurt (whisked)
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
1/2 cup green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)
Chaat masala (to taste)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sev (crunchy chickpea noodles)
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Palak Chips
Wash the Spinach: Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.
Make the Batter: In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, green chilies, ajwain, red chili powder turmeric powder, and salt. Gradually add water to make a smooth, thick batter.
Coat the Spinach: Dip each spinach leaf into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
