Ingredients
1\2 kg sweet potatoes
Oil for frying (such as vegetable oil)
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric


Instructions

1. **Prepare the Sweet Potatoes**: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges (about 1/2 inch thick).

2. **Soak (Optional)**: For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat them dry.

3. **Season**: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour, and chopped coriander leaves little water mix all ingradients and marrinate for 5 minutes

4. **Heat the Oil**: In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat about 1-2 inches of oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can test it by dropping a small piece of sweet potato in; it should sizzle.

5. **Fry the Wedges**: Carefully add the sweet potato wedges in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

6. **Drain and Serve**: Use a slotted spoon to remove the wedges and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

7. **Enjoy**: Serve hot, with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them plain!
