Welcome to a New Routine for SLIMMING AND TONING ARMS.
Today I dedicate the Routine especially to the ARMS. And, although they always work in a complementary way in the routines of Cardio, Dance, Kickboxing, weights ... I wanted to dedicate a whole workout to them.
During 40 minutes you will do a SUPER COMPLETE work of ARMS and of the whole SUPERIOR AREA of the body.
The training combines a CARDIO part, with dynamic and varied movements to the rhythm of the music to mobilize and work the whole area with a MUSCLE job divided by MUSCLE GROUPS: biceps, triceps, shoulders, high and low back and pectoral. For this work you will use MANCUERNAS, in my case I work with 2kg. and 3 kg. each.
During the routine it is important to stay focused, control movement, maintain a correct posture and also correct breathing to ensure the effectiveness of the work and improve muscle tone throughout the area.
The scheme is: HEATING-MUSCLE-CARDIO-MUSCULACIÓN-ESTIRAMIENTO
If you do not have dumbbells you can use two bottles of water or without weight. During the Cardio part I include some rebounds to increase the intensity of the exercise but all the exercises can be done WITHOUT IMPACT.
