🔔 Oyster Mushroom Tofu Salad. (1T=rice spoon)
200g oyster mushrooms, 300g tofu, 20g green onions, ½ green chili pepper, ½ red chili pepper, ½T salt, 2T soy sauce, 1T plum syrup, ⅓T minced garlic, 1T vinegar, ½T sesame oil, 1T water, ½T sesame seeds.

✨ Oyster Mushroom Tofu Salad. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Clean the oyster mushrooms.
2. Chop the green onions, green chili peppers, and red chili peppers.
3. Boil water with 1/2T salt, add the oyster mushrooms, and blanch for 40 seconds.
4. Rinse in cold water and drain. 5. Add oyster mushrooms, green onions, green chili peppers, red chili peppers, 2T soy sauce, 1T plum syrup, 1/3T minced garlic, 1T vinegar, 1/2T sesame oil, 1T water, and 1/2T sesame seeds and mix.
+ Let sit for 5 minutes.
6. Place the tofu on a plate and top with oyster mushrooms.
