Ingredient
600g of tofu
2 green onions
2/3 onions
3 hot peppers
1 red pepper
200ml anchovy kelp stock
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder (when stir-frying)
1 tablespoon of perilla oil
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Seasoning:
3.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder
1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of starch syrup
