🔔 garlic chive kimchi. (1T=rice spoon)
garlic chive 1.4kg, radish 100g, onion 110g, apple 150g, rice 2T (40g), Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp) 1T (25g), water 150ml, minced ginger 1/2T (4g), minced garlic 2T (20g), cane sugar 1T (10g), myeolchi aekjeot 210ml, red pepper powder 200g.

1. Wash the garlic chive after cleaning it.
+ Spread it in a sieve and leave it for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Add apples, radish, onion, 2T (40g) of rice, 1T (25g) of Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp), and 150ml of water to the blender and blend.

3. Mix 1/2T (4g) of minced ginger, 2T (20g) of minced garlic, 1T (10g) of cane sugar, 210ml of myeolchi aekjeot, and 200g of red pepper powder with the seasoning ingredients.

4. Spread the seasoning on the garlic chive.

5. Put it in a container.

6. Eat after maturing in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
