Today, I’m going to make a cheesecake with strawberries and chocolate.

The combination of the chocolate chip cookies and soft chocolate cheesecake was great.
And when I put strawberries in red jelly, the texture, taste, and aroma were all good in my mouth.

It's a cheesecake that can be made without an oven.
The process of making is relatively simple, and it is a cake that even beginners who do not have an oven can follow.
However, if chocolate is put in too hot, the cream cheese may separate.
But if you put it in too cold, it will be difficult to mix smoothly, right?
Just watch out for that point.

As in the video, you can enjoy it in a small size, and if you want to make a large cake, you can make a round cake of 15 cm * 4.5 cm.

The top jelly can be made with your favorite drink rather than water.
Personally, I recommend the strawberry flavor or the peach flavor.

135g chocolate chip cookies (7-8 pieces)
20 g (2 Tbsp) almonds, chopped
30 g (2 Tbsp) unsalted butter

170g (3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp) cream cheese
13g sugar (1 Tbsp)
30 g (2 Tbsp) drained unsweetened yogurt
95 g (1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp) dark chocolate
2ml vanilla extract
90g heavy cream (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp)

♥ Transparent red jelly
115 g (1/2 cup) water
7ml lemon juice (1/2 Tbsp)
25 g sugar (2 Tbsp)

5 g (1/2 Tbsp) powdered gelatin
25g water (1 Tbsp + 2 tsp)
Food coloring
