Flour - 320 gr.
Cornstarch - 160 gr.
Melted butter – 220 gr.
A pinch of salt
Sour cream or yogurt -2 tablespoons.
Egg yolk - 1 piece

Filling:
Walnut – 200 gr.
Raisins 150 gr


Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

The hot cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or syrup.
