Welcome to this 18 minute intermediate yoga practice, where I will guide you through a powerful vinyasa flow designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a mindful way, for a well-rounded practice you can incorporate into your regular movement routine.

For this fiery yoga routine, we will be moving at a faster pace, with minimal cues and some transitions that may be challenging for a complete beginner, for a quick and effective workout for the whole body!

We’ll start the session with 5 rounds of sun salutation A, followed by 2 sun salutation B variations. We’ll then slow down with some restorative stretches and a short savasana to close the practice.
