[Pepperoni Pizza]

[Pizza dough]
- 250g strong flour (bread flour)
- 2g yeast (1 teaspoon [flatly])
- 3g salt (half a teaspoon)
- 5g sugar (half a tablespoon)
- 140g cold water
- 10g cooking oil (2 tablespoons)

[Pizza topping]
- Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni Ham

[TIP]
-You can make it without a pizza pan. Spread baking parchment on an oven pan and spread the dough in a circle.
(Used pizza pan 10 inches diameter 25.3)

-Pizza dough aged overnight at low temperature can be used within 3 days
