In today's video, we are making the best Kondré (Stew Goat Meat Plantains) recipe. Kondre is a traditional Cameroonian recipe eaten mostly in the west side of the country. It's a one-pot meal with highly seasoned spicy stewed plantains and meat.

This recipe serves about 6 people.

Ingredients List*
You will need:

6 green Plantains
2 lbs. of Goat Meat
1 onion
leek, cilantro, basil, bay leaves, ginger leaves
1 tsp of white pepper, African nutmeg, country onion and ndjansan
2 Habanero peppers (optional)
1/4 cup of palm oil
-1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Salt and Maggi cube to taste
