Ingredients for a red velvet cake of 10 people:

For the cake:
- 260 g of flour (preferably T45)
- 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 280 g caster sugar
- 90 g of soft butter
- 180 ml of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Red dye
- 180 ml fermented milk or ribot milk

For icing:
- 25 cl whole cream
- 300 g Philadelphia
- 2 teaspoons of liquid vanilla extract
- 100 g icing sugar
