Sheep Cheese with Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

500 g cherry tomatoes
200 g sheep cheese
3 tbsp olives
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
Fresh basil for garnish
Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash, dry, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel and slice the garlic cloves. Prepare the olives.
Place tomatoes, garlic, and olives in a fireproof baking dish.
In a mortar, crush coarse salt, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, thyme, and oregano. Season the tomato mixture.
Add olive oil and honey, mix well.
Place sheep cheese on top of tomatoes, put the baking dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
After baking, garnish with fresh basil and serve.
