椰汁鮮奶桃膠西米露
Peach Gum Sago With Coconut Milk


Ingredients:
1/4 cup peach gum
1/4 cup tapioca pearls
1/3 cup Rick sugar
3 cup water

*Before serving, add milk & coconut milk to taste

Prepare peach gum:
-Soak 1/4 cup peach gum over night with enough water, it will soften and expand at least 300-400%
-remove black bits (barks) afterwards

How to cook tapioca pearls:
-1/4 cup tapioca pearls
-2-3 cups water
Bring them to a boil; cook for 10 minutes on low heat then cover and let it sit for 15 minutes; it’s cooked when the pearls become translucent
