🟢材料:
西米 150 克
芋頭 400 克
椰漿 400 毫升
水 1.5 公升水
冰糖 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 芋頭去皮洗淨,切成小丁備用。
2️⃣ 西米用冷水浸泡 2~3 分鐘,把1.5 公升水燒滾,加入西米中小火煮約 10 分鐘,不時攪拌,關火後靜置 15分鐘。
3️⃣ 煮好的西米倒入隔篩中,用冷水沖洗,備用。
4️⃣ 燒滾1.5 公升水,放入切好的芋頭,中火煮約 8~10分鐘。加入冰糖。
5️⃣ 加入之前煮好的西米,再次滾起後加入椰漿即可關火出鍋。
6️⃣🔺簡易版本🔻:把西米和芋頭同時放入滾水中煮10分鐘,加冰糖後關火靜置15分鐘。

🟢 Ingredients:
Sago - 150 grams
Taro - 400 grams
Coconut Milk - 400 milliliters
Water - 1.5 liters
Rock Sugar - Appropriate amount

🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Peel and wash the taro, then cut it into small cubes.
2️⃣ Soak the sago in cold water for 2-3 minutes. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add the soaked sago, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let it sit for 15 minutes after turning off the heat.
3️⃣ Pour the cooked sago through a sieve, rinse it under cold water, and set it aside.
4️⃣ Boil 1.5 liters of water, add the cut taro, and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Add rock sugar.
5️⃣ Add the previously cooked sago, bring it to a boil again, then add the coconut milk and turn off the heat.
6️⃣🔺Simplified Version🔻: Simultaneously cook the sago and taro in boiling water for 10 minutes, add rock sugar, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes.
