A dish for those who love strong flavors✨

Ingredients (for 4 or 5 people):
- 1 kilo of sardines
- 16 cloves of garlic
- 10 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 glass of water
- 2 glasses of red wine vinegar
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt

Preparation (15 minutes, 20 minutes cooking, and 12 hours marinating):
1. We start by preparing the sardines, cleaning them, cutting off the heads and guts.
2. We wash them and remove the scales.
3. We add a little salt and coat them in flour.
4. We place a deep pan on the stove with olive oil.
5. When the oil is hot, we fry the sardines for two or three minutes on each side.
6. We take them out and set them aside for later.
7. We add the garlic cloves and bay leaves, then add a tablespoon of flour, the sweet paprika, vinegar, water, and salt to taste.
8. When it starts to boil, we remove the pan from the heat.
9. In a container, we place the sardines and cover them with the vinegar sauce we made on the stove.
10. We cover it with aluminum foil and let it marinate for 12 hours.

And it's ready to serve!

Tip: Add sweet paprika.
