500ml (2 cups) cold water
100g (1 cup) roasted almond flakes
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours

8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
120g (3/4 cup) flour
60g (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Baking powder
50g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
200g (1 cup) cream 33% fat
Baking pan 28x18 cm
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 โ (356โ)
For cream:
300g apricots
300g strawberries
2 bananas
18g (6 tsp) gelatine
120g (1/2 cup) water
400g (2 cups) cream 33% fat
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 โ (356โ)
For pudding:
500ml (2 cups) milk
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 packet of vanilla flavour pudding (37g)
For jelly layer:
800g strawberries (5 cups)
500g (2 cups) water
2 packets of red cake glaze
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
