In this video you will learn how to do the side lateral raise correctly to optimize your results and decrease the risks of injury.

I think this is an excellent exercise for the musculature of the deltoids, which are very important muscles to achieve a good physique, as they help to make the torso wider and the waist thinner (apparently).

Pay attention to how far to raise your arms, especially if you already have poor posture or any pre-existing joint injury.
Some instructions, such as turning your hands inward, can be harmful to tendons, which end up being compressed by at least space in the joint due to rotation.
