I made plum jam that is good for the body with antioxidants.
I tried to use only honey, but it was so sour that I gave up and used half of the millet sugar.
Even so, it didn't contain half the amount of sugar in the plums, so it became a sour jam.
It's good for your health, and you can enjoy it while sour in desserts.

1 kg of plums (700 grams excluding seeds)
About 100 grams of millet sugar (9 tablespoons)
