I couldn't believe this was the answer to managing my ADHD, I was wrong for so long [ADHD Masking]. I cried for over 1 hr right before filming this but have never felt more authentic & 'unmasked'.

If you have days when your ADHD brain doesn't want to work, when simple tasks feel so hard to complete, you can't focus and the negative thoughts spiral out of control, WATCH THIS.

DO NOT try not and force focus, force your brain to find clarity & just get things done. INSTEAD do the OPPOSITE! Tune out your brain by dropping into your body. Come back home to your body, it's sensations, & what it wants you to hear & follow. This is the answer. It always has and it always will be. Every time I do this, thoughts become crystal clear, I have laser-focus, & every task gets completed with so much ease.

I feel like me again, the unmasked, authentic version of myself.
