๐ŸŒฏ Preparing tortilla sandwich ingredients
2 tortillas
2 paprika (yellow/red)
4 pieces of romaine lettuce
80g carrots
50g cabbage
140g crabmeat

Crammy sauce
3 spoons of Greek yogurt
1 spoon of whole grain mustard
1 spoon of honey

*Sandwich sauce
2 spoons of Greek yogurt
1 pinch of fine salt
A little peppercorns
1/2 spoon of honey

๐ŸŒฏ Tortilla Sandwich Recipe
1. Remove the paprika seeds and slice into 0.5cm thick pieces. (yellow/red)
2. Remove the lettuce stems.
3. Slice the carrots and cabbage into thin strips.
4. Tear the creme along the grain and mix in [Greek yogurt/whole grain mustard/honey].
5. Mix [Greek yogurt/fine salt/peppercorns/honey] to make sandwich sauce.
6. Cook the tortilla front and back in the pan. (approximately $)
7. Put [Romaine lettuce/paprika/carrot/cabbage/crackers] on the tortilla and roll it up.
8. Cut it in half so that you can see the pretty cross section, and your โ€œtortilla sandwichโ€ is complete!
