Pandan Coconut Cake in Jar - Klepon Cake
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
30ml vegetable oil
35ml milk
80gr all purpose flour
10gr corn flour
½ tsp vanilla paste
½ tsp pandan paste
Coconut cream:
500ml coconut cream
25gr sugar
60gr rice flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla paste
Pandan leaves
Coconut brown sugar:
200gr shredded coconut
180gr water
160gr brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Pandan leaves
