Ingredients:

Pineapple jam:
750gr pineapple
150gr sugar
6pcs cloves
1tbsp butter

Dough:
125gr butter (gold churn/wisjman)
125gr margarine
110gr powder sugar
2 Egg yolks
110gr milk powder
250gr all purpose flour
100gr corn flour
75gr grated cheedar cheese

Eggwash:
2 egg yolks
1tbsp vegetable oil
2tbsp milk
