How to Make Brownie Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients:

Brownie cookies:
115gr dark couverture chocolate
55gr unsalted butter
1 egg
65gr dark brown sugar
50gr cake flour
1tbsp cocoa powder
1/4tsp baking powder


Marshmallow filling:
1tsp gelatin powder
2tbsp water

75gr sugar
20gr water
55gr starch syrup
½tsp vanilla extract
½tsp cocoa powder

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15mins
