Sambal Tumis Sotong Kering / Dried Cuttlefish Sambal

Ingredients:
Dried squids / Dried cuttlefish
Abu chang / Soda ash
Dried chillies (boil & blend)
3 cm lengkuas
1 tbsp Ikan bills or anchovies (pound)
1 tsp shrimp paste powder (belacan)
1 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp palm sugar or 1/4 cup palm sugar syrup
1 tbsp red sugar
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp tamarind paste

Blended Ingredients:
3 onions /20 shallots
6 garlic
4 cm ginger
