Ingredients
(2 rolls of gimbap)
1 bowl of rice (200g)
3 sheets of gimbap seaweed
Two eggs
1/2 cucumbers
1/2 carrots
2 rows of pickled radish
200g of beef (for shabu-shabu or bulgogi)
4 pieces of sesame leaves
Sesame oil
Salt
Bamboo sushi roller mat

Bulgogi seasoning :
pepper powder
1t sesame oil
1t sugar
1t cooking wine
2t soy sauce


The abbreviations for the ingredients are as follows:
C=1Cup(200ml)
T=Tablespoon
